Link in Super Smash Bros Brawl!

What a great surprise Nintendo was saving for us! Yesterday, the big N presented in a closed-conference, Super Smash Bross Brawl, the new SmashBros series for the Wii console.

The trailer only shows some of the characters that will be available, but we can already see a couple of aditions to this great franchise: Wario, Kid Icarus hero Pit, and Kirby villain Meta Knight, along with two surprises: "Zero Suit Samus" from Metroid Prime (but of course, without the suit) and... Snake from Metal Gear Solid. This shows that Nintendo has a weird sense of humor, specially the way they presented Snake. You'll have to watch the video!

Of course, there are lots of returning characters, and the trailer shows Mario, Pikachu, and of course, Link!

Super Smash Bros Brawl is scheduled to be released in 2007.
